Condizions

• - to reserve your room, we ask for a deposit of 30% of total fare. If your travel is cancelled at least ten days before your day of arrival then you will be refund, otherwise we will keep your money.
  
  - free stay for children under 3 years
  
  - 50% discount for children between 3 and 12 years
  
  - upon arrival, fare will be totally paid in cash
  
  - check in is from 11.00am
  Guests will agree with the owner about arrival time
  
  - check out is by 10.00am
  We will provide luggage storage service on your departure's day
  
  - little pets are welcome, with a 15% extra charge lump sum towards the cost of cleaning
  
  - we kindly ask our guests to previously comunicate their arrival time, in order to avoid long waits to check in
